STAFF REPORT KHI: Given that complaints concerning hidden charges imposed by the Cellular Mobile Operators (CMOs) are on the rise, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) is rolling up its sleeves to control call tariffs again that were de-regulated in 2004.
