Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF) has decided upgradation of Pakistan Museum of Natural History (PMNH) that is its subordinate department. Upgradation comprises construction of 2 new buildings of worth Rs1 billion and under upgradation programme according to the reports of media.

Administration of PSF has taken these obligatory measures as visitors in PMNH has led to 100,000 earning about Rs 2200,000 income including entry fee of visitors during the last year.

Chairman PSF Dr. Muhammad Ashraf said that Rs 35 million will be spent on PC one for upgradation of this project and for construction of two new buildings. He said we are working on hiring of consultants to prepare PC one and funds would be collected in the second phase to complete this project as per prevailing needs.
