STAFF REPORT RWP: Governor Punjab and Chancellor PirMehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rafique Rajwana has said that young researchers should play their due role for the development of country after equipping themselves with latest knowledge and technology.He stated this while addressing the 17th Convocation of PMAS-AAUR.
The governor congratulated the recipients of degrees attained after hard work and dedicated studies. He said that bringing out the country from poverty, resource scarcity and scantiness is the task ahead of youngsters and they should participate with full zeal and commitment to turn around the state of affairs in favour of nation. He asked scholars, researchers and intellectuals to share a common vision to change the calamities into opportunities for poor farming communities by adopting new technology of 21st century agriculture.
