  • Brief us about yourself

I have a huge interest in gaming and movies. Computers first appeared in my life when I was 10, and I thought it was the best thing in the world. I used to spend most of my time on the computer gaming, until I discovered I could do a whole lot more on it.

Since then, I’ve picked up a couple of skills, and one of the things I learned was how to code. Since then, I’ve learned advanced HTML, Java and C-sharp, and have designed my own website.

Last year, I started a gaming studio under the title, “Lemon Squeezy Games”, and have since worked hard day and night on it, doing everything to build it from the ground up. My dream is to become a software designer and believe through effort and hard work put in everyday, I get closer to that every minute.

I don’t consider myself a success story at this point of time, but I think me being a success would be measured as how i’m just a teenager and I’ve already begun my journey to the persue my passion. Especially in Pakistan, where the young aren’t keen on exhibiting their talents early on and most others burying their dreams, what I’m doing is good enough for me, and I think that’s my success.

  1. Which thing motivates you to develop a game?

I think being given the chance to do what you love is the greatest motivation. From as long as I can remember, I loved playing video games, and I still do, and for me, making a video games is the same love as playing one.

Well, you could say naming the company was “easy peasy lemon squeezy”. The sense of familiarity and casualness in this phrase was good enough enough reasoning for a trademark.

  1. Which thing remains your biggest strength since from your childhood?

Determination to work towards making my dreams come true.

  1. For being student how you manage studies and developing side by side?

You can’t be good at both so I prioritize. I follow this saying by Jack Ma to his son by heart:

“You don’t need to be in the top three in your class, being in the middle is fine, so long as your grades aren’t too bad. Only this kind of person [a middle-of-the-road student] has enough free time to learn other skills.”

  1. What will be your biggest contribution to Pakistan in term of game developer?

Creating Lemon Squeezy Games. I have this vision to create LSG as the best mobile game publisher out there. Secondly, I want LSG to serve as the platform for specifically Pakistani’s, giving them a chance to showcase their talents directly from a Pakistani company, as many tend to go overseas, waste time and lose heart in the process of publishing their game.

  1. Anything you want to add especially for the encouragement of young generation?

A better person loves what he/she does, find your passion and make it your work, and you’ll never lose your motivation to do your job ever again.

  1. What do you think about TechnologyTimes.pk?

The website is informative with topics ranging from advancements in the agricultural field to everyday use home appliances. However, there isn’t much specifically on in-depth features of Android/iPhone, or about mobile apps or games. But overall a really good place to stay up to date with the new advancements in tech.
